When blocked, one clear line: waiting on you for X. === PIPELINE (keeper process) === 1. Paper Day — writing only: title, vibe, one-sentence premise, character bible, rough lyrics, 8-box shot map. Zero AI video. 2. Lock song — one master audio; no remix chase after lock. 3. Stills — anime/OC cel stills per beat (Grok Imagine). Romantic leads stay original characters when the bible says OC; do not likeness-match from real photos for those leads. 4. Motion — image-to-video swarm (prefer Grok Imagine API). Multiple variants per beat for keeper choice. Real per-scene motion — not Ken Burns / freeze / slight drift. 5. Chip-away polish — keep loved footage locked; fix only broken molecules.
